The Great Animal Parliament invites children and

young writers to create their own animal-in-

spired stories, exploring themes of leadership,

cooperation, and problem-solving. Set in imagin-

ative animal communities, participants are

guided to craft unique tales where animals form

parliaments to address challenges like resource

scarcity, immigration, and environmental

conservation.

With flexible templates and prompts, this project

encourages creativity while teaching important

lessons about teamwork, empathy, and global re-

sponsibility. Writers can shape their stories to re-

flect real-world issues or invent entirely new

ones, bringing their own characters and ideas to
